Community & Outreach

At IMPRINT Croydon, we believe church doesn’t stop at a Sunday service.

We are committed to being a visible, active part of our local community in South Norwood, creating spaces of care, connection and compassion.

Whether it’s showing up consistently, supporting those in need, or creating new initiatives together, our heart is simple, to love people well and make a meaningful impact where we are.

There are different ways to be part of what we’re building, whether you have time to give, resources to share, or simply a heart to help.

IMPRINT Croydon Care Fund

At IMPRINT Croydon we believe that part of our faith and living out the way of Jesus is supporting our congregation and local community, demonstrating the love and generosity shown to us by Jesus. The fund offers financial assistance to those in our community, who are experiencing financial hardship or emergency situations.

The generosity of the church is modelled by and through Jesus demonstrated in Acts 4:32-37. As such we believe in a communal response to the practical and financial needs within our community.

"All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them."

We recognise that individuals can find themselves in crisis situations where financial assistance is essential for their wellbeing or for preventing poverty.

The IMPRINT Croydon Care Fund provides support for urgent needs relating to:

  • Shelter or housing

  • Fuel or utilities

  • Food and basic living costs.

  • Fleeing domestic or external abuse

The design is to be both a preventative measure for those at risk of falling into poverty or currently experiencing hardship with the hope to be a step out of poverty. Without this support, individuals may face increasingly precarious circumstances, including poverty, homelessness, or danger.
