We are looking for a Compassion Lead to lead our Compassion Ministries. This will involve the CARE Team, Prison Ministry, Homeless Shelters, Community Cafe etc. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mission and evangelism and passionate about the vision of our Compassion Ministries.
The role will also involve heading up our Safeguarding as we aim to promote a healthy church culture.
The role will include encouraging and equipping volunteers to lead and organise initiatives that they feel the church is called to do.
Leading the CARE Team will also involve create a structure to ensure pastoral care is accessible. The Care Team is a caregiving ministry of IMPRINT Croydon. We aim to provide spiritual care, support, encouragement and referral services in a safe and confidential manner.

We currently gathering interest for a Pastor/Ministry Assistant role. We are accepting someone with ministry experience would be able to meet the needs of our context. This can include SSM curates. Experience in preaching, pioneering a House of Prayer, youth preferred but not essential. Please get in touch by emailing us your CV and Covering Letter.

Teams at IMPRINT
We have lots of teams to join, that can be places to grow in our faith as we get to know our team members and learn from team meetings. They are also a way for us (as people) to BE the church, together creating a dwelling place for God in all the different aspects of church life.

We see social media as a place to be able to creatively evangelise, letting people know about Jesus, and perhaps they might consider trying church

Alpha is a great course, that runs for 7 weeks, where we share food, watch a video and ask questions.

Showcases are our annual musicals. We are hoping to host one this Christmas.
We have team openings including Stage Management, Actors, Directors, Tech etc. If you have a passion for musicals, showcases, creative evangelism - get in touch! (hello@imprintcroydon.co.uk)

We would love to have a full kids Team, where volunteers serve once a month, and we are able to host Sunday School every week, reading stories from the Bible, teaching kids to worship and pray and learn more about King Jesus! We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, joyful individuals with a passion for discipling children :)
